Lynelle Smith

Managing Director
Lynelle has devoted her life to training, development and upliftment of people and businesses and worked in the UK and in SA. She practiced as a Clinical Hypnotherapist from the London Medical Centre in Harley Street, London, and currently works as an HPCSA registered Psychometrist and Personal Leadership Coach in South Africa.

Khuzekazi Ntakana
MEd (Psychology), MEd (Psycho-Education)
Educational Psychologist
Khuze is a shareholder in the business and contribute great value as a Psycho-Educational advisor. She has worked many years as Student Counsellor and Educational Psychologist, and also act as a Psycho-Legal Expert Witness when called upon.

Refilwe Monageng
M.Inst.D
Business Development Executive
Refilwe is an Industrialist, having actively participated in the mining industry since 2002 and currently working as a mining consultant throughout South Africa. He was a Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council Advisory Board Member (UK), during which time he donated the Nelson Mandela Statue, outside the South African Consulate in Milan. He also was an Organising Committee Member of the Africa Trade and Investment Global Summit which was planned for the World Expo in Dubai, 2020.

Prof King Costa

Academic Principal
Dr Costa is a Management Scientist and serves on the Scientific Committee for the annual World Conference on Qualitative Research. He currently practices as a Leadership and Management Consultant, Learning & Development Specialist, as well as Seta Registered Facilitator. Apart from continuously writing and publishing Academic Articles, he also supervises Masters and PhD students at various universities globally.

Graeme Lategan

Graeme obtained a MBA subsequent to graduating with an Honours Degree BA Policing Practice Cum Laude. He also completed various diplomas, some of which include Diplomas in Security Management, Human Resources, Risk Management and Labour Law.

Robin Takah

Lead Facilitator
Robin graduated in Curriculum Studies and Teaching, currently engaged as a registered facilitator, assessor and moderator, conducting training sessions and assessments across different strategic disciplines on various NQF levels.

Tony Sham

Marketing & Research Partner
Tony Sham is a marketing and research expert. He started his statistical career. After starting his career at AC Nielsen, he later established himself as a Marketing Researcher and Statistical Consultant. Today he acts as trusted marketing advisor to many progressing organisations, guiding them through a full marketing audit which includes surveys, research, statistical analysis, planning and eventual execution of the marketing strategy.

Romy is an avid artist and passionate about talent management and development in organisations. She ensures our company runs efficiently, from organising training sessions to making sure all accreditation and qualification processes and submissions are adhered to. Her portfolio includes Stakeholder Management, Human Resources, and overseeing the Learning Management System.
