INTRODUCTION
Workplace ethics are rules and procedures that should be carried out to maintain a professional company culture. A good ethical culture enables the formation of better and more trusting relationships with all the stakeholders by providing a better service, in both the public and private sectors.

To enable employees to understand and apply ethical standards to their own work roles and to identify breaches of ethical standards in the workplace.

INTRODUCTION
Businesses exist to provide value, and, as an entrepreneur, you want to exchange that value for compensation. It is therefore important to understand how much your time, energy, and creativity are worth, as well as how much your customer is willing to pay for everything that you did, so they don't have to? Pricing has a direct impact on an organisation's revenue, and thus profit, so setting the right price is essential to an organisation's success. Price is a tool of competition and determines the future of the product, acceptability of the product for clients and return and profitability from the product to the business owner. Setting your pricing up right, is the first step in setting your business up for success.
PURPOSE OF THE COURSE
This course will teach students how to determining the future profitability by establishing whether the costs involved will generate sufficient profit to justify the launching of the new venture.
